Canal at low water on April 17th 2016.

It has gotten worse since then and while the middle maintains the depth at connective level the sides have filled in even more getting shallower and shallower to where boats at high side winds can no longer get in and out of marina at normal water level.

Need to excavate whole width of the canal to connective depth to maintain navigation purpose of the bulkhead built in 2007 on permit 46484A.
