1. Is this not identical to being zoned agricultural versus residential?
2. Does not husbandy imply breeding as well as raising animals?
3. There are no restrictions to the type animal that I can see so one wouldn't anyone be entitled to raise anything from horses to fish to snakes to alpaca?
4. Would traffic, particularly heavy vehicle traffic, increase in the neighborhood? Would noise and light levels potentially increase?
5. What specifically is trying to be done here and is there some way we could grant a trial exception for a one year time period to better understand the consequences? This seems more prudent than a wholesale change aligning us with County Zoning.
