- Is this not identical to being zoned agricultural versus residential?
- Does not husbandy imply breeding as well as raising animals?
- There are no restrictions to the type animal that I can see so one wouldn't anyone be entitled to raise anything from horses to fish to snakes to alpaca?
- Would traffic, particularly heavy vehicle traffic, increase in the neighborhood? Would noise and light levels potentially increase?
- What specifically is trying to be done here and is there some way we could grant a trial exception for a one year time period to better understand the consequences? This seems more prudent than a wholesale change aligning us with County Zoning.
