• --Johnny (talk) 22:10, 4 September 2023 (EDT) Looks like it was a feature. Ardour stops recording on first xrun unless you tell it not to. When recording if another higher priority task cuts in (disk check) it can cause an xrun. Why it was tied to activity, any activity, and occured at various times in the stream.
  • Not sure it is fixed but hoping....

• I still suspect it's the time tasks that are causing the problem.
  • Disabled anacron and logrotate timers systemctl disable anacron.timer
  • Cron still running. Moved full cron.d directory to failing directory. Deleted php and going to comment out anacron and escrub2

I suspect it is tied to system upgrades.

1. Turned off daily upgrades
2. --Johnny (talk) 14:30, 12 December 2022 (EST) Disabling fwupd did not turn it off so I removed it. Disable fwupdmgr (Firmware Update Manager). Show as inactive. Do not think it was updating anything anyway.
3. REMOVEDTracker3 service which indexes files on drives.
4. Worried about snap refresh.

Snap Still Causing Problems
