Years ago when the hosts ruled the space they were the guests you could count on and indeed under many covers they're still playing around. For example in most military logistics systems you can order a gazillion pants but you cannot order pants and a shirt or send them to 2 addresses because that would exceed the 80 byte limit of the interfacing systems that started out playing cards with Dog, but I digress. What I want to talk about was a young bright Sourcerer called Todd.
Todd's Folly
Todd just out of college was given the job of shaping up a new host we'll name after the year he came out 93 and to stay consistent his last name will be of his family of virtual hosts the 370. He shall be called 9370.
Todd was allocated the magic to name the beings living in the host. He named the reader in the group 00C, the boxer 00D and the scroll 00E. When it came to the consolidator and controller though hecoukd not be conseled to give him any non-zero name so breaking with tradition he named him zero or properly 000.
While zero had always been a part of the family, which Todd was adamant about, none of the guests looking to meet the console knew how to contact him.
The naming of console to 000 cost millions so the lesson for all sourcerors is insight into the family is good but don't press the boundaries unless there's an worthy goal.

When weaving spells insight and knowledge are good but objectives and the wisdom of lore are are better. I was fixing 000 console 10 years after Todd named him zero.
